@thewwemonster i think it depends on your "Guns" skill level.

for instance, mine was at 35, and the scope on sniper rifles moved uncontrollably. Now its at 100, and it rarely moves at all.

@thewwemonster if you have 100 guns skill and the strength requirement for your gun it wont move an inch but if you dont have the guns requirement just use guns skill magazines and if you dont have the strength requirement use alcohol or buffout

This doesn't refer to the video but is good advice. STAY AWAY from the NCR tents at Primm. There is a bug that freezes your game. If you do get stuck, fast travel to Goodsprings or wherever. Sorry to post an irrelevent comment Orc and viewers, but I had to get the word out. (unsure if it occurs on PC. Consoles for sure though)

@AlexSaysHi2013 sounds like you got some baaad problems, i suggest running the fuck away. that usually works. btw the best way to get stimpacks is to get about 32000 chips in a casino(just play slots) then go to a doctor and buying a shitload of medical supplies... that will last you awhile

You forgot to put some poison on it, that'll help even more with melee type characters. Also I was going to yell don't shoot Nephi in the head or you'll won't get the full bounty, but it didn't happen. ^_^ I think that the "Fore" is only good when sneaking with a Stealth Boy to get it working right... A word of warning as well if you do any of the Bitter Springs quest make sure you keep your companions at Bitter Springs or they'll kill the Khan in the cave.

VATS is still pretty broken in this game which I find to be rather annoying. I really hate trying to fire the Cowboy Repeater in VATS especially if you end up reloading. Most of the time after you reload in VATS, your character will just sit there and it'll be stuck in VATS for a good 10 seconds or so. I can't explain how many times I've died all because VATS wouldn't shoot yet still took damage...
