@jonathanspyder incase you lose your dog you can go online or contact the police and give them the chip number and then theyl track it so he or she can come home. its very safe and the chip is VERY tiny it looks like a plastic pill capsul but a little bit bigger than a grain of rice.

@victoriasjo21 its just like getting your ears pieced except it stays in your skin. the small insertion wound will heal in about 2 days. you should get it checked it it looks infected tho. its a very good thing to get if your adopting a pet.
