  • the tiny flare up at 1:27 is so cute of the chicken who is not laying on the egg but her own area... she keeps looking that direction. was the egg still chirping? the audio didn't pick it up so well.

  • at 0:26, I have a two hens that look different from each other, but both look like that one with the yellow line stripe thru its feathers on their bodies... one does have the yellow head, and my other one dont.

  • right at 0:08, she's like that's my egg mutha-f'er... lmao...

  • where is birds ears located?

  • u killed a chick...

  • @wallie356 he needs to stop tapping it. you have to be very carefull if you have an egg with a hole and it's still chirping, it can still live, it's very dangerous. not anyone can just do it. I hope to God he didn't actually kill it.I'm at 0:45 and I will make this last comment on the vid unless I get a response ;)

  • PLEASE JUST LET IT ALONE!!!!!!!!!!

  • It realy sounds like the hens and the chick in the egg are talking : - )

  • To all the people freaking out about mistreatment of the hatching baby chick, look at my video "baby chicks first peach" and you will see that baby chick with its mother enjoying life. I am not sure which one is the chick in the egg, because they all look alike, but no harm was done by picking up the egg.

  • SHE MIGHT KIL IT CAUSE YOU TOUCH IT

  • @dblockmoney34 Ummmmm I doubt she would do that. Chickens wouldn't kill their babies because humans touch them.

  • Let it alone

    Never play with babies

  • you should NEVER pick up the egg!! especially tap it!! our chicks r starting to be born today!! i know what im talking about! let nature do its thing!

  • Eggs need constant humidity of around 60% to hatch successfully, you should never remove eggs from under the broody or from the incubator during the final 3 days prior to hatching. All those eggs should be under 1 hen and she should be left well alone to brood in solitude. Even putting the egg down the wrong way after handling it can disorientate the chick

  • jesus christ, thats NOT how to do it, what an idiot!!!!

  • Pretty Americana chicken. What is the white kind?

  • The chickens have been living for along time (WITH OUT HUMANS HELP!!)

  • awww. what a cute peeping noise that baby is making! to all of you idiots out there leaving nasty of negitive comments. you need to grow the fuck up. if the hen didnt want him there she would of attacked him already to drive him away.

  • @VampireRuki and your username is "vampire" and you talk of a hen attacking him, no that's not necessarily true, the mother hen has other babies and is working on them still. And they didn't mean to put negative comments. I couldn't tell if the baby was still chirping after the egg was set back down.. but it looks like the beak's position changed and that may have killed it. if only the end showed the live chick from the same egg...

  • Leave the mother hen alone! animals dont show exitement and she needs to do that by herself. how would you like a chirping thing by your ear at a time like this. let mother nature take it's course!

  • Beautiful Mamas!!

  • do u eat them

  • Hey guys its perfectly alright to handle the eggs, I fact sometimes it can be good to check the chicks progress.

  • I like how she has her hen friend there to give moral support lol!

  • @emilytodd28 lmao. hilarious :P

  • i want a chicken.

  • just dont hit the egg so hard?

  • @tommvcp Comments like that give animal rights people a bad name. The chick in the egg has raised several broods of her own and is now a happy, healthy grandmother. She has a big chicken condo and is allowed to free range with supervision. Maybe I know something you don't about raising chickens.

  • @boutchie06 what a beautiful hen! what breed is it?

  • @boutchie06 I'm glad boutchie. Just you have to admit it was hard to tell from the video alone. People do do worse videos on here though... and they are not allowed. ;)

  • @tommvcp maybe you shouldnt be a jerk....

  • @tommvcp LOL I didn tknow you watch vids like these! found u tommy~

  • leave it alone!!!!

  • Your A True Dip Shit,.. Let It Come Out Dum Ass

  • anyone knows why my hen eats her eggs if we collect them late???

  • Its called cannibalism (sort of) when they eat chicks, dead chickens, or eggs. You need to get them out asap, they get addicted to it

  • @vampmassacre Calcium deficiency.

  • ah thanks! do you know what can i give to her for that??

  • @vampmassacre When I was 10 y/o, my grandfather used to have a small chicken farm. To prevent calcium deficiency, he used to grind ribs and chicken bones very fine using a plastic bag and a hammer. Chickens totally loved it and it didn't cause any problems as far as I can remember. His chickens were very healthy egg layers and kept breeding out one generation after the other.

  • oh thanks a lot!

  • what type of chicken was it?

  • You have very nice friendly chickens. Firstly, 2 broody hens staying close and not fighting, and then that bigger hen did not peck you. The whole thing looked like you are disturbing them, but one may not know.

  • The fucking chick is supposed to go out by itself retard

  • i have two hens that pare up like that and raise each others chicks

  • guineas in the background

  • @sanazhm he did -.-

  • @sanazhm true, nature can take its natural course
