Hearns was a devastating puncher and could dish out punishment like no other welterweight but he could not take a punch to save his life. We used to call him Thomas "I get hit to many times" hearns. Mayweather fight similar to leonard and pacman would just overwhelm him. One punch is all either of them would need. I liked Hearns but he definitely had a glass Jaw and not much on stamina.

I know it will be said that Tommy Hearns lost the two biggest fights of his career, and that may be true. But for me that does not take anything away from him as a fighter. Hearns would have given any fighter from 147 to 160 in history the fight of thier lives.

Hearn was just as fast (if not faster) and relentless as Manny Paquiao, but he had 10 more punching power than Paquiao. Mayweather is next to nothing compared to the great Tommy Hearns. Mayweather has only fast hands (and runs alot) but he is so boring to watch and lacks punching power. A grandmother probably hits harder than Mayweather.
