Boombox1967-with all due respect I would ask you to consider that the true meaning and value of music and art in general has nothing to do with judging someone else's intelligence or taste. It's an insult to the artist to imply that his art and the lack of appreciation for it means that someone is ignorant. Art and music evoke reactions and as a composer and musician, I really don't care about the reactions as long as they exist. If not, I look to my music as the reason not the audience. Peace.

I am a huge fan of acoustic instrumentals, but the repetition of Frasca's music puts me to sleep. Come to think of it... Maybe that was his intention? Naptime.
There´s the arpeggio that he plays on the right hand with an occasional accent on lower strings. Left hand seems to do the bass line with hammer-on notes. Sounds simple but it isn´t. I admire his technique but keeping the tempo similar through the song makes it a bit drowsy, because the listener is basically bombarded with constantly similar notes and not leaving any room for interpretation or exciting discoveries. A common trait among virtuosos.Still, amazing stuff!
Mr. Frasca is truly an artist. His beautiful play of this fascinating instrument is both calming and inspiring. The man ought to be more well-known. He's also barefoot on stage. Fugeddit Dom!

I personally downloaded the CD from iTunes, however iTunes has messed up the conversion somewhat and near the end of one of the tracks you can hear a bit of interferance. But you could probably get it off amazon or something

The first is that playing a guitar in a Standardized tuning, using chords that hundreds of thousands of people know, is "Complex" Insinuating it's more difficult than this mans 12 string acoustic tuned however he see's fit. Secondly, did you not see his fingers? Just because a Chord doesn't have ALL of the strings played at once, making a sound that mildly dampens the possibility of error, doesn't mean it's "Basic." Lastly listen to what you like ^^.

I personally downloaded the CD from iTunes, however iTunes has messed up the conversion somewhat and near the end of one of the tracks you can hear a bit of interferance. But you could probably get it off amazon or something

@jeanpaulfelix You're saying two things. The first is that playing a guitar in a Standardized tuning, using chords that hundreds of thousands of people know, is "Complex" Insinuating it's more difficult than this mans 12 string acoustic tuned however he see's fit. Secondly, did you not see his fingers? Just because a Chord doesn't have ALL of the strings played at once, making a sound that mildly dampens the possibility of error, doesn't mean it's "Basic." Lastly listen to what you like ^^.

Check out "Ana Vidovic" here on youtube to see how it is done! At the moment it is the 2nd vid in the suggestions list. That is how to play a classical guitar (hers is a 6-string). Don't be discouraged, keep working.
