Healthy food is expensive, whatever happened to good old home made burgers... I still make them, they are far tastier than McDs... and kids, soda is BAD for you... but there is no point in telling the kids not to eat and drink that crap it's fuckin cheap and easy! ...but then so is a sandwich and apples grow on trees!
Thats sad i cried. Im obese myself and im now exercising as much as i can. Dont get me wrong i still love eating the occasional KFC or McDonalds but if i do eat that i work twice as hard the next day. No one gets to live life twice make the most of it :D
