very informative... but i seem to be having a problem with my smoke being harsh within the first few draws on the hose. i know the shisha couldn't possibly be burnt yet... could this be an issue with my stem?

@sillysatinlace if you are using quick lights it is probably because you are not letting the coal light all the way before trying to smoke.

you can also shake the bowl around to loosen the shisha right after you blow in it.. works really well.
