I like the original better, why do artists feel the need to start shouting when performing live? I like the laidback feel of the music from A Tribe Called Quest, it just doesn't sound thesame when they perform it like this. Furthermore, what's Q-tip doing performing with a backpack on? Does it carry his lunch box or something?

I remember when I bought this c.d. and I first heard this song. I was in college and me and my homeboys began to debate the n word. some of my friends said that this song was cool because blacks have a right to use this word and we at the time had flipped this word into something positive. me and my other homeboys said that they were naive and full of shit. 15 years later after seeing michael richards and every youtube page with a black person on it. I can say that we were right.
