I've never done this mission, not even with a walkthrough, i think i gave up on it (lack of patience) its cool to see it though, maybe i'll try in the future

Because he's trying to make himself look like a scientist, so holding X will make you walk not kneel, you would wonder if you saw a scientist walking like he's sneaking.

Enemies fill the Danger Bar much faster or have a fixed Headshot lock on and some cutscenes are different.

In this mission, just hold the X button. If you have the analog on, just tilt the stick slightly forward to walk.
