Like load and reload, st anger has taken some time to be appreciated. It is yet another incredible diverse musical selection from Metallica. No it isn't headbanging thrash, but tells a great story of this point in time in the band. This is a great song.

St anger was a great album, they totally did what THEY wanted to, they didn't try to please all the little fanboys who wanted the same shit over and over again. The songs represent a lot of what James was going through, and I thought that THAT is what's music about? Expressing your emotions and experiences?
