Ok, I had the same problem with a JLY 49. I just washed her hair and but some shampoo in it. And brushed it and didn't lay her on her head for 1-2 nights. It helps. Also to fix the marks on her face take a sponge and get it wet and but little soap on it. P.S. don't get her eyes wet so put some cotton balls on her eyes and tape them down.

My doll Julie used to have the frizziest hair!!! I washed it with baby shampoo twice. Then I cut off all the split ends. A good way to start is to cut the ends of her hair off with out taking away length. If your doll has longer hair, you can get away with cutting off more. Also, twist up small sections of her hair at a time. The little hairs that are flying out of the twist are the split ends. For the skin, a magic eraser or a goof off wipe will do. I hope this helped!!!

first things first, wash her hair...don't worry about the spots on her face yet...if washing it doesnt work, then do a downy dunk. if that still doesnt work, straighten it while spraying water on her hair on the lowest setting. I did that to Kaya and that worked wonders!!! just pull out the little short hairs. trim the ends. Use majic erasers on her face....try cutting a small piece off of the majic eraser for her face. then use the big one for her arms and legs... :) hope this helped! :)

I would go the stephenswodadancer way: gentle steam clean, trim the VERY, VERY ends of her hair, wash her hair with baby shampoo, use baking soda mixed with water (let sit for five minutes and remember to cover up the eyes) to remove stains and marks on her face, and splurge in a downy dunk! If all else fails, get a new wig!
