  • This is so much bigger than the GOP nomination. He is going to do well in every state because there will be thousands of people voting who aren't getting polled and who haven't voted in the carcases and primaries before. Just be on the alert for those who count the votes. There was a lot of voter fraud in the 2008 Primaries. Do a search for "Ron Paul voter fraud 2008".

  • They say he didn't write the newletters, then they imply that he approved of them? Thats utter $#@ he never had any part of writing and has stated many times that he does not and never has held those views. Any news station that wants to focus on something like that, is not a news station imo. They just spreading lies on completely outlandish things that have been proven untrue.

    But expect more dirty tricks as the campaign goes on. I'm old enough to remember what the Bush Sr campaign did to Michael Dukakis back in 1988. They played the race card and destroyed Dukakis (he was Governor of Massachusetts, and a black man who had been released from jail committed murder).

    Bush ran ads on that single topic for weeks.

  • One of the quotes taken from that infamous newsletter is that "AIDS can be transmitted by saliva." I know Dr. Paul is an obstetrician rather than an epidemiologist, but do you really think that a successful doctor like Dr. Paul would make a statement of that nature? Now, I don't know if twenty years ago it was known that AIDS could not be transmitted by saliva, but I find it hard to believe that Dr. Paul, being a well informed doctor, would say that.
