I'm sorry but have you even read the play? Even seen it? Yes, the anime was terribly sad and I cried at the end but Shakespeare knew how to be a poet, he made me cry just as much. In depth storyline? REALY? The story in the anime was dumbed down for people who were too lazy to read the original. I feel bad for the people who used the anime to fnnish english homework, they were missing out on a masterpiece. Please, don't go saying it's not as good as the anime people.

I knew what would happen and everyone else knew too, but this anime surpassed the play with more of an in depth storyline. It's intense and such a lovely anime, but I agree, I cried at the end. And just when a good anime could end well...
