for those of you who dont know CMD or MS-DOS used to be and OS it still is and anything that can be done on your GUI OS can be done on CMD IF you know how to use it

yes they can you can also make txt files or even html files in cmd using the command Edit it will display a ""notepad " style thing where you can make text files.. here is how go to cmd type Edit and there you go am not sure if it works with windows xp or vista put is works with windows 7 32bit does not work for 64 bit i think

You can play Tic-Tac-Toe in CMD, it's just three lines, u make it in notepad

First line says :s

Second line says start %0 (no capital s)

Third line says goto s

Once done save as a .bat to ur desktop and your done, open and enjoy!
