@BandWboys they are milk rings, off of a jug of milk, just make sure you put a cut in each one so they don' t get stuck in them :) I save them up in a bowl next to the fridge, and anytime a new gallon of tea or milk is open I put them in that bowl, once I have a good quantity I put a small plastic bowl or something and fill it with the milk rings and put them on the bottom of the cage. The other thing that gliders love that is cheap or free is feathers.
