The ZIRP title should include the text (Zero Interest Rate Policy) to show the source of the acronym. Variations of the phrase are used in the lyrics so its not clear to the uninitiated. The static intro is not appealing, but once into the song, the musicality is decent. An image of a ZIRP (spelled out too) credit card for Mr. ToBigToFail Banker with a 0.0% interest rate on it might be a graphic. Most people know their own card rates - not 0.0%. Cheers.
