I too have back problems and know just how painful it is. That constant pain day after day wears on you both physically and mentally. Depression easily overcomes your general state of mind when every move you make hurts. Do your best to make something happen each day that makes you smile, even if its just watching funny youtube videos, or reading jokes online. I hope you feel better soon.

If it helps at all, I can sort of relate to what you're going through right now. In May, I tore 2 major ligaments in my knee, and had to have surgery on it this summer. I'm about 2 months into recovery and still have another 6 months of physical therapy and such ahead of me. After surgery I was really depressed and sad all the time, couldn't get out of bed for 2 weeks. Then crutches for a month. I know that this isn't your situation, but I just want you to know that it gets better <3
