They should allow trash talking in today's NBA. If there's anything that drives a man, it's competition and nothing spices up competition more like trash talking. Now of course if it becomes shoves and punches then yea technical and flagrant them out of the game. But talking is harmless to a competitor. But of course there are thugs in the NBA that can't stand it so I see why it merits the rule changes.

@Konphetty Yea and it's working. There are rarely any fights anymore. So they're succeeding, but old school players like Kobe I still see talk a lot of trash every game. And I wish players like Lebron did it more. Like the way Terry and Marion talked trash to him during the Finals. You have to have some sort of swagger in the NBA and make a stamp.
