it might just be me but she is a very down to earth person very grounded, and she has notes here and there which is very funny, because i have seen some cooking persons here and there on the telly but i have never seen notes, its like they must know and remember every single recipe out of their heads.

@Firestarjude the design is more modern now, these are called mouli julienne and you can google them. the original producer is moulinex, here in germany people often buy cheap copies - we find them in morrocan and turkish shops.
