man, that John Duley guy had to be the best drummer in the state. I think I would've given up, too, had I showed up for practice to find him arbitrarily fired without my consent. How do you replace that? He hypnotizes me. You don't hear drums like that anymore.
@the1stPseudoPunk yeah, he was a wizard. I remember when he 1st showed-up, he was nervous about his age and battered kit...he was already being judged by the others. I waited. He set-up and did a few things. He was so sad at the time that it all came out in his muse and I had to turn away to hide my tears. I fell in love with the guy at that moment. He was cool to perform with, too, cooler than me at the time. He'd be bouncing to the beat with his porn hat on, you'd never know how old he was.
