I do believe that Mr. Alan Keyes will never be a president in the United STates of America. He is too much of a christian man...he is too patriotic...he doesn't put up with nonsense...he speaks the truth at all time...he has great logic and common sense and doesn't care who his audience is. His only fault is that he is so smart, the politicians, our beloved law makers and trial lawyers either can't understand the words coming out of his mouth or are afraid they will lose their jobs and status if they actually had to follow the constitution. As per Corfield v Coryell, among our P&I we find this one expressly included: "an exemption from higher taxes or impositions than are paid by the other citizens"

Now, assume the 16th was ratified ... the simple fact remains that it was sold on the basis that only the super rich would be soaked.

As such, what the people agreed to was NOT the whole-hog elimination of the fundamental right. So any tax code with more than 2 brackets (the super rich and everyone else) is not constitutional.

Income taxation on Citizens is entirely un-Constitutional.

The Income Tax gave no new taxing authority to the U.S. Government, regardless of whether the 16th amendment was properly ratified.

All income taxes go to the federal reserve world bank. They do not pay for any american government services or operations.
