He is so biased..just because he is closer to haley than nathan, doesnt mean that nathan is mistreating haley more... but nathan was way more hurt than she is!!! Love nathan!!

The thing about this episode is that James Lafferty is such a fantastic actor. I mean, you can just see the pain on his face. You can tell that all he thinks about is Haley and that he can't stand to be around her or to look at her because he wants her so much and he loves her with his whole heart and she just left him by himself with a broken heart and a huge yearning. Man, it's amazing he can still breathe let alone keep dry eyes with that kind of passion. You know?

The reason that it is harder for Nathan to forgive Haley is because all the people that were ever supposed to take care of him and love him abandoned him (his parents). He's just putting his guard up so he won't get hurt again. He thought Haley was the one person that he could trust completely and she let him down. I'm not saying he made mistakes too, I'm just saying that I think he has a bit more of a solid reason to be angry.

Why would Lucas take Nathan's side when he was so bad to him for all those years. If it wasn't for Haley they never would have got to know one another. I like Nathan but I thought it was terrible how long he made her suffer, he's done some pretty awful things and he just gets by with them. Poor Nathan, what a joke!!!
All three of their actions in S1 brought Nathan and Lucas together. With Nathan's background, trust is not a really popular word, so I can see why he was afraid. What he did in the past has doesn't have anything to do what happened between him and Haley in S2. He never once didn't love her, he just needed some time, and I need a drink.
Not to be a jerk, but haley had it coming. i don't blame nathan at all for not wanting to let her back in after all the times she hurt him. i don't think heis being a jerk at all.
