Are you living in a cave? Russia is rising from the ashes right now as it had in its past. It's a cycle. After the 90's, it can only go up. Russian is not losing popularity in the Russian speaking parts of Ukraine even if the government enforces Ukrainian language. Where do you get those garbage info you keep saying?
