Plexus Full Tutorial

are there any tutorials that show how to use the settings of Plexus and actually create good design as well?

You need to adjust the 'Maximum Distance' and 'Fade-Out Distance' sliders in the 'Lines' section of the main Plexus plugin. This determines how long the lines can be before they start dissapearing.

When i have made lights and there is like white circles, and when i move the circles to the side there is no white line who's connecting to each circle.. Please help

I'm using OBJ from Poser and it comes too small, I have to set the scale to the maximum...is there any configuration when exporting I'm missing?

OBJ is a universal format so it imports OBJ's from any 3D app. Maybe you should try a simple object to make sure there isn't anything corrupted with your OBJ.  Try a simple sphere or cube.
