@SherLynn40 It was suprisingly very delicious! This was my first time trying a Portabella Mushroom & my first time actaully preparing it. I was grossed out by the look & texture of it once I took it out of the package. I quickly got over it & I will be making this more often. It is very meaty & I am thinking about what else I can make using this Mushrrom.
@sogirlgems We love raw mushrooms in our salads. We are going to do veggie kabobs for Memorial Day, but they may be baked. Not sure yet! We will use mushrooms in our kabobs too.
@katana229 I made the sauce my usual way. I chopped all of my vegies for the Pizzas then I sauted them in the pan. I also heated my sauce to. I don't usually do that but today I wanted something hot. It was sooo good & I will do a video on how I made this.
