I have been a pastry chef for many years working in hotels, I have had guests that have had all different diets etc I have many recipes up my sleeve and have the answers and ways to trouble shoot why things don't work give me a email some time if you would like;) the reason why I watch your show your like a ray of sunshine in my day you have that up beat personality that is just so catching;) when I started out in my years of my apprentaship I made many mistakes it happens

I can totally feel you! recipe fails make you feel bad...but you know what: the texture reminded me of some kind of (bread)pudding...maybe that would be the direction to go?!?

Did you know the post-it glue created by accident during the process of inventing super-glue?!....just keep on trying ;)!!!!

love your honestly! obviously its going to be harder to change a few ingredients around when your vegan so sometimes it may not work out...but DW! Even I try out my own recipe concoctions and it fails miserably. TBH texture didn't look that bad! Kind of funny that it sunk, but buttercream icing would've eliminated that if the cupcake tasted good still :) hahha cant wait till new innovated recipe
