@lobsangnyingpo: It is generally thought best to learn this kind of traditional music by ear - part of the point in the slow demonstrations! However, there are loads of online resources for notations of traditional Irish (and other ) music. Try the session dot org, but there are plenty of other sites mostly using ABC Notation - web-search to find out about that. If you do find notation, it won't really help you with the ornamentation/finger articulation. Good luck.
