It may surprise you to learn that metal clips are traditionally a component of some facelift procedures, which is why the interviewer asked this question. In this case, Dr. Pongsatorn points out that he prefers to use sutures. We feel that discerning questions like this help better inform our clients of the details of different procedures as performed by various surgeons we work with (everyone has a favorite techniques). @jeramiahdavid Hi! In these early videos we didn't always have permission to offer before and after pictures from these particular surgeons, so we felt it would be disingenuous to present photos of other patients and imply that they were from these surgeons. Still, it's a very valid request!
