I just got the book but haven't read it yet. Ive been reading some other comments and I'm so stoked about Jaden's book coming soon! I'm guessing it's after Renegade's book, Time Untime?
I wasn't as crazy about The Guardian. I like the Dream-Hunter series, don't get me wrong, but The Guardian just felt like a weaker rehashing of Dream Chaser, complete with a visit to Carson's clinic.
@BryansStrategy its got buckets of emotion, yeah, but its not maudlin. and theres more than enough graphic gore and action to satisfy bloodier mindsets too. its a good balance
I love this book, my heart aches for poor Seth and I'm so glad he's got Lydia now. I'm dying for the next one, cause I'm already done with this one......it's sad how good books don't seem to last long, but bad ones seem to last forever.
guys, so seriously get this book! as soon as i got my hands on it, i devoured it. finished yesterday and im almost as fond of this one as i am Ash's book. and believe me, given that his ties with Susan Kay's "Phantom" for fave book of all time out of the forests of books ive read over the years... that means a lot. Seth and Lydia are awesome together. i so get Seth's tendency to insult Noir every chance he gets. that skeevy primordial ooze reject deserves it. and so wanting a Jaden book now, btw
@CassandraMotou This next arc of books is Jaden's story arc. So it's going to be like Acheron where we have one big book dealing with Jaden's story as we learn more about him in this series.
I think the Were-Hunters are the most fascinating. The Dark-Hunters and Dream-Hunters haven't quite caught my attention yet. Except for Acheron, of course. I think Sherrilyn Kenyon's earlier books are better. I don't mean to sound bad, but that's just my opinion.
@rbegum123 I have to agree with you. Her earlier books were a lot better. Before Acheron's original release month I read every book she came out with instantly. However Ash's book kept being pushed back in release and she began losing a lot of the luster in her series. Its not a hit or miss read for me. I haven't even touched the teen series due the fact I hate that kind of series and don't agree with her using nick as the main character in it.
@Quocipher I believe thats her next release but wont be 4 a while the countdown in her site right now is 131 days. Cant wait for Infamous to come out!
damn it. i was gonna buy it today but the only Barnes & Nobles in my town didnt open cuz it lost power during the huge snow storm. i have to wait til this weekend to get my hands on it :(
i cant wait for this i could be reading another book the moment this comes out the other goes on hold . and the book store owned by the company i work better have it or im gonna be nagging all year long

And trust me I have read all her Dark-Hunter and Dream-Hunter books. I have most of them (not all with me). I just think that this one might be a little different then what I'm used to.
@TheDarkgoddess666 Actually I think her last book was a little different it felt like a series all its own & im guessing time untime is going 2 stem off retribution. So I know wat u mean. Sundown's book was pretty good. I dunno though but after seeing this I say its gonna b closer 2 her other dh books than retribution was. 4 some reason this reminds me of acherons book which was real good. I miss ash, sancturary & the weres of previous books. But 1 things 4 sure. sherri is gonna surprise us.

Thats cuz i think that some stories are around the same time and since they all know each other its kinda like she's making it real life. Aimee was with fang while wren was all trying to be with maggie and they help wren to achive that while at the same time they got own problems so its inevitable to get a little of their life in wrens book. Well lets see what happens i cant wait to read her new release.

@DragonsxMistress I'm glad you found a light in her books. There is just something about them that opens your eyes for like the first time. It's like a world where you can be accepted, more so then in like Marvel's X-Men school anyway. Lol. The only difference is all the DH's are dead.
