This has got to be THE best Torchwood video i've seen.

Plus at first i thought the rainbow hue would irratate me, but after a wee while i realised how much it emphasised the whole 'moment' theme of the video.

Hm, well, to be honest, this doesn't really have effects... Or at least not much. Simple cross dissolves/additive dissolves plus a colouring and simple zooms in Adobe Premiere Pro... and probably a few other stuff, but really not much of them... Or maybe I'm so used to them that I can't tell them apart xD
