Acctually what she really tries to communicate is that if you take the four words "köpa, se, stol, tio" and translate them in to english the sentance "buy see chair ten" sounds like "bajs i stjärten" and it's hilarious to some people.

ps. "bajs i stjärten" means "poo in the bum"
