Pls let me have an update on this turbo of yr. I am thinking of replacing my VF22 on 03 wrx for a blouch 18g xt. how do you like yr blouch?

@rarityd You will love the 18G. You can get good boost off of them and they make mad power up top. They don't get full boost until late in the 3,000's with a good tune but trust me it holds to redline like a champ! VF22 is good but just doesn't run like a blouche 18G

u got a cat on ur exhaust ur turbo seems abit louder than mine and pretty much same setup sounds the same tho just not as loud 18g turbo 300whp... exc

This is an 03 but you have the STi gauges? I take it you just swapped the clusters?

@getalife04 Yes, sir the cluster is swapped. The car is going back to stock, I bought an 06 STi, so I don't have to fake it anymore.

@HKSguru Ah I see. Yeah I just kept the stock ones in mine but now my car is capable of going like 160mph so technically I could use the STi gauges lol. That isn't too bad of a swap is it? Just take it out and plug everything back in right?

I see alot of people on here running RA gears with ewg (added torque) and seem to be holding up fine. I would get them but the numbers Im shooting for and the price its cost to install gears is something I only want to do once. If I was on a budget though and only wanted mid 3whp, RA's would be my 1st and only option.

Funny I have almost exact same setup down to the cluster and gauges. 5th pulls so much harder on the RA fifth. I hit 360whp on e85 24psi. Got a dyno vid.
