  • There was a rave version of this song which was class, anyone remember its name ?

  • @Dickie2shoes It's DJ Sasher "This Is No Game". Takes me back... :)

  • Great and timeless song.

  • Great film. This could be one of his BEST. Great one liners and top music from the 80's. Buzz Saw - He had to split !!!

  • great fucking song!

  • I love this song!

  • hit the right spot :D

  • cool song, but verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry 80s.

  • I love when the raw footage is shown to the audience, somehow there is a camera in Ben Richards head. - "I'll see you in hell"

  • one of the greatest 80s movie songs ever!

  • great song.. similar to the bloodsport/kickboxer song hmmm forgot the name of that one...

  • @BioNickUSB most of the songs for those films were done by Stan Bush great songs

  • Who would have ever thought the king of one liners would be someone with an Austrian accent. "This is getting better by the minute" -Predator.

  • Sonic Dead-Line is up...

  • I have loved this song for ever!!!! But where can I get it from? I can't get it from i tunes. Does anyone know where I can download the song from? Thanks

  • They dont make music like this anymore. Now all they have is crap like Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber. 80's were the best!!!!

  • @destroyer8604

    absolutely agree

  • 80's action films always seem to use power ballads as their closing themes, e.g. All the Rambo films, Commando, Eraser.

  • This song always makes me think of Van Damme for some reason...After watching his new show and how unhappy he is now...Hope he wins his fight, that man is amazing.

  • @JordyBT Glad someone mentioned JCVD! I enjoy his show as well. If he turns his life around to win that fight at the age of 50, then there is a message for us all. I look forward to watching his training and upcoming movies. Arnie should do a similar show but at least he is back to starring in films. :D

  • @JordyBT - We all like Jean Claude, but this is a theme to an Arnie film.

  • @JordyBT - Maybe you saw a featurette on JCVD and this song was in the background?

  • @JordyBT I believe it is because the singer maybe reminds you of Stan Bush, who has made music for at least two Van Damme films. (Bloodsport and Kickboxer), awesome music :)

  • 4 people didn't leave room for Arnold's fist

  • bloody great film and a cracking song love it.

  • @robertluker1 Check out John Parrs latest Youtube videos - serach John Parr Grenade or John Parr Firework - see his covers of todays greatest hits!!!!

  • You see Arnie shaking his head in disgust when that feller got his dome blown off?

that's not how you run to the choppa'

  • ssshhhh. ...

    that's what greatness sounds like.

  • This is a song that simply is immortal

  • TICO!!!!!!!!!!!!! COME BACK!!!!!!!!!

  • Parr's best tune!!! He wrote for Meatloaf amongst others....

The film is in my top 5 all time and Im saying one of Arnies top 3.

of to be stuck in the 80's.... they were great times

  • Great song and movie, thanks for this video

  • Goodbye, Gov. Arnie. The state capitol will miss you. But Hollywood is ready to welcome you back.

  • Great video!!! It's hard to believe that Stephen King wrote it!

  • Cracking tune! ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER IS THE LAST ACTION HERO! Legend!!!

  • brill what a film and sound trake

  • great movie and song all the best classics are in the 80s

  • Are you ready for pain?

    Are you ready for suffering?

If the answer is YES - then you're ready for CAPTAIN FREEDOM'S WORKOUT!!

Thats the ticket, no pain, no gain!

  • SUCH A GOOD SONG

  • I'm 21 years old, and i'm italian, but if i could chose to live again...i choose the american 80's !!...thanks for the vid...

PS: Sorry for my english xD

  • awesome song! Awesome movie also!

  • Gladiator's code!!! :P

  • i dont want to be the only asshole in heaven

  • i want to clime for doller's, iv just gotta deactivate this fucking perimeter

  • It's funny how watching this: watch?v=uAwH2UN8yYc

    prompted me come over here!

  • musiconnnnnn

  • Thanks for posting this. Sure brings back memories. Wish I was still back there, honestly... life can be tough for some of us.

  • "Well, that hit the spot!" Sure did. Thanks man!

  • Could this be the least appropriate song for an Arnold Schwartenegger movie EVER?

  • @cyberperson53 hehe dats wat makes the 80s movies rock! other 'least appropriate' song for 80 movies = transformers 'the touch' & freddys 'i'm awake'...

  • dont worry,i'm a quick lerner

  • I just (10 Minutes ago) saw this movie first time uncut!

In Germany we are being shown in TV only a cut version. But I ordered the version, that everyone else in the world can see.

Great movie! Hail to the Arni! :-)

  • hmmm. im not sure he'd here us. killian seems to think steroids make you def.

  • You've got to love the 80's best decade ever.

  • i thought running man was classic enough until this song played and it became legendary

  • @kosofunk06 This song is at least that legendary as the movie !

  • i was about 6 when this came out. watched chico's head blow off on vhs a dozen times with my dad. thank god that perimeter was deactivated

  • last seasons losers....lol

  • Absolute workout classic !

  • Absolute classic, thank you ! Ive lost count, the amount of times ive seen this. Me and my gf love this track.

You cold blooded bastard! I'll tell you what I think of it, I'd live to see you eat that contract! But I hope you leave enough room for my fist, because I'm going to ram it into your stomach, and break your goddamn spine!!'

  • 'Well that Hit the spot!

  • just love how Arnie fires that assault rifle one-handed like it aint no thing at all.

  • Arnie was the best, I don't think Hollywood has found anyone good enough to consider as his replacement yet.

  • @pigpenthegreat no one can replace him he is a part of american culture and movie history in the 80's-90's. Only thing hollywood can do is think of original ideas and stop remaking movies because film legends arnt born from remakes but with new ideas. This is all my personal opinion though :)

  • great song, great movie !!!

  • I use to bloody love this film as a kid. This song made me feel like I'd just sent Killian crashing through the billboard and then walked off the girl,

    No more lonely nights indeed.

  • Wow absolute classic (Film and song), who would think it's about 23 years old. Great Video!!

  • it gives me this "ending" feeling, like i killed the bad guy save the day and most of all won the girl of my dreams! walking out to no where with her, not knowning what the future holds!(carrying my child)...love it!

  • great movie, but i liked totall recall too. even stuff like true lies and eraser are great arny movies and i think very underrated.

stuff like commando is meant to be a bit tongue in cheek, people need to give arny's films a chance and just enjoy the action.

  • great film and a vision of whats to come. god i hope im like arny when the time comes.

  • lol thats the spirit, we don't want to end up like killian!

  • or what about poor old witman, price and hadod. you remember them. witman, price and hadod!

  • HAHA but they were last season's winners...

  • no,last seasons losers!

  • @WaROdin

    Wrong...Last seasons losers

  • @WaROdin

    Wrong....Last seasons losers

  • they were last season's losers... (flamethrower comes on)

  • @WaROdin No. Last seasons's LOSERS!

  • @WaROdin lmao

  • @WaROdin No, they were last season's losers... as Fireball pointed out :-) Now he's just as roasted as them!

  • @WaROdin

    No, last season's LOSERS! :P

  • @WaROdin or as fireball would say, last seasons losers lol

love this song thanks for the upload.i always watch the credits to the end because of this song.

  • @WaROdin Last season's losers...

  • @technopath100 arnt they now at this very moment basking under the miami with there debt paid in full

  • @grundy901 god im so thirsty. i could use a...cardray cola!!!

  • @technopath100 lol awesome movie i think its safe to say.......THEY DONT MAKE EM LIKE THIS ANYMORE.......but after arnie gets thru with politics he should start making movies again if clint eastwood can do it im sure arnie could and if WE SAY PLLLLLLLLLEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAASSSSSSSSEEEEEEEEEE he may oblige

  • @technopath100 no, they're last seasons *Losers* -Fireball

  • @technopath100 I am getting to where Arnie was:)

  • @Hammern28 how do you mean-like your ready to start rebelling?

  • @technopath100 Nah,size and muscles. But,will never get to his stage, since I am not interested in doing steroids. But one can try.hehe

  • @Hammern28 good on ya and im right there with you. body building requires a lot of commitment..

  • Roll The Dice!

  • love 80's action movies with Arnold having catch phrases. Great stuff

  • Such uplifting music for exploding heads and gun battles.

  • i was having a little debate with myself yesterday wether the running man is better than total recall...so all i could come up with is if i was to live on gilligan's island id take both of them... its a sham prise and hadud couldnt make it tho lol...and for an ex golds gym bodybuilder he CAN fucking act ...given the right part mind

  • Running Man is better than Total Recall and I hate to say that because I love Michael Ironside, Ronny Cox, and Paul Verhoeven. Running Man is way more realistic and gritty with out getting caught up in goofy dream scapes and outlandish future stuff. Besides, I get wood imagining the places on her body that Maria Conchita Alonso hid that video tape of the Bakersfield Massacre, yum. This song rules, so thanks for putting it up here.

  • running man is defo more realistic... it was created by Stephen King but he use his alias name Richard Bachman to see if it would do as well as his other work...but tottal recall is a film to watch for the lols ...to me that film is so funny so for that i love both of them the same

  • I knew that about Stephen King creating the Running Man and I bought my mom the story by King as a gift since she is a huge King fan and had not read that before. I love Total Recall too, but if I had to have only 1 it would be Running Man. As a big wrestling fan I have to go with my guys Professor Toru Tanaka and Governor Body Ventura. Just the sound track alone is better in the Running Man and the over all plot is more solid.

  • i couldnt choose realy ...i know running man is more real and arnold realy done well with his acting in it but tottal recall is just dark comedy at its best for me...if someone said to me you can only have one film... i realy couldnt choose that would be so hard for me pluss i love sharon stone just as mutch as Maria Conchita Alonso lol

  • I loathe Sharon Stone because I have read and heard a lot about her being a stuck up pain in the butt and Rachel Ticoten does not do much for me. Maria Conshita Alonso is so hot and seems like a lot of fun to screw. If I had to have 1 Verhoeven / Ironside film, it would be Starship Troopers and not Total Recall. Total Recall is good, but the whole dreams and aliens stuff puts me off of it compared to Running Man.

  • The running man is an awesome movie! Arnold at his best!

  • No I'm sorry, Terminator 2 is his best =)

  • Apology accepted, because Terminator 2 is not his best. :)

  • You're not telling me that arnold plays a better role in the running man as apposed to terminator 2 are you? =P

  • @Blackout8080

Have you watched the any Schwarzenegger movie, they all follow the same sort've storyline. Total Recall and Running Man are quite similar - and the acting (or kick-arse Schwarzenegger moves haha) is quite the same.

  • Well yes Total Recall and Running Man are very similar, definetely in terms of arnold's acting, but terminator 2 is his best, that's my opinion =)

  • No way ! it was total recall

  • I prefer Terminator 1. Supposedly a B movie on a tiny fraction of the budget of T2 & it's still awesome & it seems so much more gritty & bad ass with the almost all night scenes shot in the dark alleys & streets of LA. Much better atmosphere.

  • @dave4378

Ok I can agree with the atmosphere of the first movie, but seeing the sun occaisionally in T2 made it more normal and less sci fi all the time, which I found refreshing. Especially after seeing all the sci fi flashforwards set at night.

  • 4:15-classic scene..... "Chico! NOOO!" Head popping goodness. Love the look on the other guys face.

  • 5STAR! This is so brilliantly nostalgic for me! thanks for posting. Modern movie music is completely shit compared to gems like this from the untimate 80's. Reminds me of being a little Arkhan way back then!! This and Total Recall were my favorite Big Arnie films.

  • Np, its comments like yours that make me want to share the classics. :)

  • Thanks WaROdin mate. Classics should indeed be shared and I for one, really appreciate it! Stuff like this gives me that warm retro-nostalgic feeling that nothing can beat! Keep it up my friend

  • It's a cunt to download. It's one of my favourite songs and films.

  • @SuperStephen33 you can download the song on limewire

  • cheers mate

  • Thx everyone for their comments, just glad to share the song!

  • one of the best song ,for me 10*

  • I've met John Parr 3 times, he lives in my town. He is well cool, and a nice bloke as well.

  • What town does he live in?

  • Doncaster, South Yorks England

  • A good northern lad then? Not that far from where i grew up! I always used to think he would be an American when id hear this track come on after the film. Always loved the movie and this song. It made the credits worth watching!

  • Great film. I always wondered why the chute runner cage exploded at the end, tho.

    It didn't seem particularly volatile.

  • Well they needed that bastard Kellion to be truly dead so the added explosion confirms his death LOL

  • @ArkhanTheBlack1 I though that to, I should have known it was you damn Brits with your amazing pop music!

  • one of the best 80s movie songs ever.

  • Amazing song! Hail Arnie Schwarzenegger, king of action cinema!

  • Fantastic film, legendary actor and awesome song!

  • EPIC

  • An epic. One of Arnie's best.

  • "Running Away With You", from The Running Man soundtrack (this song was re-released on "Man With a Vision" album, with the title "Restless Heart") wikipedia

  • Remember being a kid in the 80s and wearing out the rewind button on my VHS so I could listen to this song over and over again.

Probably broke the fucker in the end.

I guess a curly-haired revolutionary from the future (with a 80s hairstlye) should have kicked down the door, stuck a plastic machine-gun in my face, and said: "Don't touch that dial...".

  • I love this movie.

  • can any1 send me a link were i can get this song??its not on itunes or anything

  • Makes me wanna do a training montage and punch the air! 80's power!

  • oh my gooooood XD When i was child i used to see this film almost every day!!

    Great movie

  • According to the end credits of the film, the song title is "Running Away With You".

  • It's music like this that for me makes 80's Movie music the best. To name just a few Beverly Hills Cop, Top Gun and The Lost boys.

  • Awesome song! I first heard it yesterday on my friend's video :D Thx for putting up the song here.

  • also you can find the song on limewire

    it's not on the soundtrack

  • what a song

  • is this song on an album?

  • It's probably on "The best of John Parr" i think. Official soundtrack from "The Running Man" doesn't contain this song.

  • I think that the album's name is "Man with a vision"

  • anyone know if it's on an album? It's not on itunes....

  • Srryi don't do request yess amazing
