So I took your advice and watched this video as well. First of after looking at the study it shows the Ants do not talk they communicate. They do this by creating vibrations, the communication they have however is very limited and could not be used to say what is quoted in the Koran. Even if the Ants could have said this how could Mohammed have known what they said are you implying he could speak to all animals?

It can be equally argued that Buddhism made scientific claims (even earlier, by the way) that have been verified (everything being interconnected, for instance). Christians make the same kind of claims as well, one being that the Biblical creation story is proven by the discovery of the big bang. So I took your advice and watched this video as well. First of after looking at the study it shows the Ants do not talk they communicate. They do this by creating vibrations, the communication they have however is very limited and could not be used to say what is quoted in the Koran. Well that's more than silly enough. Quran 27:18 suggests the ant recognized Solomon, yet in the original video the ants think headphones are their queen. Q 27:18 describes an individual ant with advanced intelligence, hawk vision (ants have poor vision), and probably a very loud voice. That's what you must present to prove it's not in error. The sad thing is it was science that made everyone agree upon. These kind of claims I have one problem with. They always get confirmed in retrospect. Be it that the earth is round or ants speak, always a verse is found only then. In none of the verse accompanied with the clips was there anything clear said. Basically you go back in retrospect and see what science theory kind of fits some verse and proclaim it to be holy. It can be equally argued that Buddhism made scientific claims (even earlier, by the way) that have been verified (everything being interconnected, for instance). Christians make the same kind of claims as well, one being that the Biblical creation story is proven by the discovery of the big bang. This video's point doesn't prove the truth of the Koran or the truth of the existence of Allah. Not by a long shot. And, what the Koran actually seems to be saying is that an ant used human language.

Only the Bible said that, the real question is why the Quran didn't copy that story about the snakes from the Bible but specified ants from among all insect with the ability to talk to each other. The Quran also mentioned many other insects for example the female spider taking the house for herself, now our scientists discovered that the house of a female spider doesn't have a male because usually he get "eaten" by the female. This is another example from the Quran.

They communicate with sounds, just like monkeys, cats, dogs, horses, donkeys, etc etc. Since ALL these animals communicate with sounds, it is only sane of Muhammad to assume that ants, too, communicate in a such way. The Quran doesn't say "Ants communicate with sounds". It has ants speaking with meaningful phrases like people do. At best this is an "allegory". I feel stupid that I've spent so much time in this, frankly.
