  • @maymaykk123 Make sure, you stretch real good. And when you jump, you should rotate your hip upwards. Imagine that your shoelaces have to point behind you when you hit the toe touch!

  • Wow ! Good height in the jumps I have been a cheerleader for 5 years and it i took a long time to get where you are. Good job on the jumps. You are really flexible i can see that when you did your pike. Just one tiny advise. Watch the wrist it is a broken wrist... other than that keep it up! WELL DONE !
