Its a flop - ok so melburnians are watching it. If there was a forum like there has been in the past - it would have been bagged. Too much mucking around, just get on with it and RENOVATE. The area is a dump! why didnt they choose St Kilda or Middle Park? bring it back to Sydney or Brisy...more attractive.
