@gregazorusrex I never got into throwing the roc probably because I like throwing really overstable stuff and never put a roc in my hand until a number of years after I started playing and it did not fit into my throwing style. But it is a great disc used with much success by most discgolfers.
Got my first Ace, Cubby! I'm gonna catch you! lol. This is my favorite ace video. I like how you can hear a plane flying over just as your disc turns straight for the cage, nice shot!
Distances are anywhere from 104-220 feet. If you added the distance travelled through the full arc as I usually swing my shots wide to cut them back the distance is longer.
