What is an "evident source"? Let me break this down for you. Unless there is video of the incident, no evidence can come from the incident itself. The police report comes from interviews of the witnesses and the suspect. The police give the report and other investigation material to the prosecutor, who charges the suspect, the suspect then appears before the court to plead to the facts and the crime. The facts and crime are used to determine sentencing.

If he plead guilty to anything, it was likely the only option for him considering the extreme prejudice men face in court. He merely did what he needed to do to keep from being wrongfully punished.

They have both told their side of the story. Why do people want there to be more to the story so badly? Stop trying to figure out a way to justify or lessen the fact that a women was abused by her boyfriend just because he's famous. Im not taking sides at all but none of us will really know what happend in that car. It wouldnt matter if CB would have said she hit him or not because he is the man. They wouldnt believe him anyway. And she was beaten to a pulp anyway. That wasnt the first time this has happend so im sure there was a some type of provoking before the last fight.

Despite all the money this case is and will supply, you all need to look at the evidence. The interviews, the police reports, everything. Stop looking at it through your judegmental eyes, and look at it all with a neutral perspective. And also realize, we are not directly involved in their lives, we will never know the absolute facts because we aren't in their social group. Chris brown pleaded guilty to a fellony charge because all he got for it was road work, So he goes to a judge and says yes your honor i beat her ass. Instead of going to court lying and making himself seem like an abuser and a lier. And in return he was given comunity service and his fans love him becuz he's so truthful. it's a shame. Whether she provoked him, whether she left out even worser things that could have happened, or whether they just lying. What happened happened and it's over. GO study the law before you claim the police report as evident sources. the police report is derived from interviews but not exact incident and I DO strongly and strongly believe an could see from the eyes of Rihanan that not only provocated, but also beaten or scratch her or screaming so abusively first. What is an "evident source"? Let me break this down for you. Unless there is video of the incident, no evidence can come from the incident itself. The police report comes from interviews of the witnesses and the suspect. The police give the report and other investigation material to the prosecutor, who charges the suspect, the suspect then appears before the court to plead to the facts and the crime. The facts and crime are used to determine sentencing.

I think he panicked after he hit her the first time - only an idiot wouldn't realize what serious trouble he was in after that first punch. After that, I'm sure he was taking out his anger and frustration on her because he knew he was screwed.

I watched the interview too, Rhianna colored her actions to her advantage. There is such a thing as provocation. She could have prevented the situation by choosing a different venue and a different time for that particular fight. That is not an excuse for what he did, but it is an explaination.

I enjoyed this video. I totally agree that no man should ever be abusive to a woman and vice versa, whether physically, verbally, or mentally. I am a 30 year old black man, and I believe that I have a good understanding of this situation. My girlfriend and I have been through this. We were a great deal younger when this happened, and I totally regret that. It was an almost identical situation. We were much younger then, and I have learned a great deal from going through that. Thanks. After watching some of the interviews that Chris gave, I was not exactly "moved" and I question his sincerity. As far as love is concerned, I am living proof that this can happen even when you love someone. It was a mistake, and should have never happened. It is what we do afterwards that defines us as positive mature adults. I do not think that he is there. When my girlfriend and I went through this, it was no where as severe. It's important to seek help before being abusive. Walk away

Part 2:Women are brought up to put the needs of others first. Women are raised to be nurturing and think of the feelings of others/men first.
