While there may be reptilians, Sitchin's work is not about them or interdimentionals. The Anunnaki clearly look human, eat food, can have sex with humans, etc, etc.
The reptilians are shapeshifters and can appear as anything. They eat food and often have anal sex, which they prefer because it gives them access to lower chakra energy. Sitchin has sold out for fame and money and the reps wopuld likely have taken him out, if he hadn't.
