  • I have a intel pentium d 3.20ghz dual core and 2gb ddr2 700w psu and sapphire hd 4870 512mb how much should i overclock can anyone help me with this?

  • what program did you use to overclock your CPU AMD Athlon 64 X2 Answer me porfabor

  • I HAVE HD4870 WITH A

    CORE 2 DUO E8500

    2x4 GB DDR2

    ASROCK G31M-S R2.0 775 DDR2 MOTHERBOARD

    550W POWER SUPPLY

  • What did you use to overclock your cpu?

  • HD4870 84C idle, running like this 24/7 since 2008 july.

  • @OwnedEpicly I have a HD4870 1GB, and It runs just fine @ 75C - Even 90C Is a Runnable temp. They only start to die sooner if it does hit 100C +

  • @OwnedEpicly

No problem - ran like that for one and a half year, never a problem. All the HD4870 with stock-coolers came like that and the electronics can handle up to 100*C+ before the lifespan can be foreseeably shortened.

My brother is now using this card in his computer after I upgraded, and it's still working perfectly.

  • is it worth to overclock a HD 6850?

  • LOL! I had a ASUS 4890 OC to almost 1GHz. Tepms was 75C max! :D

  • my hd4870 is oced at 800/1000 and run way cooler 60c under load

  • where i can get that overdrive program for my 5770`? thankyou

  • @AaastaZetaan

Overdrive for the videocard is already available on your Catalyst Control Center module - alas, the drivers for your videocard.

Overdrive for the processor, RAM, etc. can be found on AMDs website. Just google "AMD Game" and you'll find the proper site for their drivers and utilities.

  • I noticed that overclocking this card does not make a lot of difference. I get around 14000 with nothing overclocked, around 14500 with the graphics card overclocked to the maximum stable setting I could find (800/1100), but overclocking the cpu (I have a Q9550) to 3.5Ghz (from 2.8) gave me around 17000 points.

So I don't think it's worth it to overclock the card and also have more noise due to the fan running faster + higher temps and the risks of crashes, when it makes such a small difference.

  • well, i have a problem,

I overclocked mine and i guess it was faaaar off the requirements?

Everytime catalyst control runs, my computer screen gets all these colours and freezes.

Is there anyway to stop this from happening other than disabling my graphics driver?

    please help

  • @williamjeon

Disable the Overdrive thingie in Catalyst Control Center.

It could be a driver issue, your model being "bad" or your videocard kicking too low voltage. The latter can be fixed by certain programs depending on your videocard model or by firmware mods, both is mildly risky and will increase energy consumtion and temperatures noticably.

  • @BorkaBonum well, it'd happen everytime catalyst control center started up so I disabled my graphics driver

and downloaded my driver over again without CCC

its working fine but i think that the same problem will happen over again if i redownload CCC.

  • @BorkaBonum Thanks for the help !

  • what program you youse for owerlock

  • Holy 80deg batman, seriously your a moron, back off the over clock. You may be fine for awhile but it will shorten your cards life in the long run if it doesn't fry it in a couple of days.

  • @xXDMCdanteXx

It ran like this perfectly for 18 months before I replaced it with a HD5850. These chips are designed to run fail-free at up to ~100-110*C before clocking themselves down slightly and by around 120-130*C it'll shut down. High temperatures risk shortening to lifespan - however you still have a longer warranty than you'll reasonably use the product.

  • WHAT A COINCIDENCE !!! WE TWO GOT THE SAME F*CKING SETTINGS IN ATI OVERDRIVE (mine gpu clock could go from 500-790mhz and the memory to 1100mhz TOO !!!! just like in your video HAHAHA) BUT YOUR's Graphics card i A LOT hotter than mine (my gpu 55C idle, and 78C load, fan speed 60%)

  • 80 degrees on standby dude fucking clock ur fan speed up jeez, needs to be half that temp

  • @mbaker3154

Ran it for two years - never a problem.

  • @BorkaBonum :S:S:S yeh i no a friend who has a 4850 that is running at 90 - 100 degrees lol but still way too hot

  • @mbaker3154 this card naturaly runs hot, its safe to go to like 90c with 4870

mines at 970/1000 right now and idles at about 68c tho

  • Hi I have a 5770, Will it hurt my cpu if i set it all to max...Like Gpu Clock: 960 Mhz

And Clock moemorie to :1445 MHz.. will i be ok???

  • omfg 80deg are you stupid

  • Wait until you see Nvidia's new videocards, lawl.

  • @rambalamb this GPU is rated at 105C and 70-80C is common in low airflow and high ambient temp cases.

  • Hi,

Can any graphic card be used in any computer??

  • @uphill248 XD no

  • @uphill248

Basically they can as long as you meet the requirements for two things technically; running the right "bus" (PCI, AGP or the todays standard PCIE) and to get that working as intended you'd also need to have appropiate powersupply and connectors for it.

  • so ... did overclocking your pcie slot help? my mobo can do it as well.

  • BURN BABy BURN!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Dude 80°C+ is too hot !!! My PowerColor HD4870 1GB (not PCS+) is running iddle 50°C and load 60°C at 25% fan ! So crank that fan up or you might fry ur HD4870 :-/

  • 84 ° c and very hot!

you have to increase the speed of the fan!

  • Not really, the hardware maintains a 80*C temperature at all times - and can easily survive years of operation temperature of 100*C.

  • on my laptop it get to that and i ante even over clocked it

  • My 4870 have 90 FPS with standart clock oO

  • Actually bottlenecks are quite common lately since the difference of prices beetwen new gen cards and commoner's hardware compatibility, in which you can use them both together, i think it's becouse usually the price of both of them, with AMD i think solves the problem quite a bit, being able to have a CPU Quad Phenom II,Mobo 790GX or FX, and DDR3 Ram now may only cost for about 350$ or Euros all together. Instad of having an Intel setup for 1200$ GFX included.

  • Hmm... I felt like i'm standing beside a jet airplane if I put my HD4870 1Gb fan speed to 100%.. Do u guys faced the same problem?

  • @hahahaz07

i have asus hd 4870 and its like normal noise... if its 50 or 100 its always same :D:D or i mean... its so tiny difference

  • @hahahaz07 I totally share your pain... My dad gets pissed whenever i play games because my fan has to go up to 70 % to play crysis and it's so freakin loud.....

  • Only 11107 3dmark's with overclock?? Here with x2 @3.2 my score is 11763 with stock vga clocks!!

  • nice. I will trade my hd4850 1g and replace it with hd4890 1g and probably overclock it to 1000 Mhz core clock...(if possible - i have aftermarket cooling).

Btw your CPU is a bottleneck for your GPU!!!

I have phenom II x4 940 3.66Ghz and HD4850 1g (oc to 750/1100) and I score 15,280 (my max). Change your cpu if you want better performance. Cheers!

  • guys, do take note~ the score is for the 512mb version~

  • wow 82C... my cards at full graphics crysis load = 48C~ never seen it above 50~ tsk tsk tsk~

  • wut the? 82°C idle? :D

  • mine runs at that temp too

  • Yea with 100 fan speed too O.o

  • lol i know! 82°C? mine runs with GPU and CPU Clock all high at around 55°C on full load

  • Different coolers. I'm running the reference HD4870 cooler design. My brother is running model with a costum cooler, assuming both you and him has the same, also running at 55-58*C.

  • where did you get the software for the hd4870?

  • I use crossfire too....I run two PowerColor HD 4870 (1GB version) 770MHz. My CPU is an AMD Phenom2 X4 940 B.E, (overclocked to 3.4GHz with Zalman 9700LED cooler). Board is an ASUS M3A79-T Deluxe. OCZ Platinum 2x2GB 1066MHz DDR2 RAM. Power Supply: CoolerMaster Real Power 700W.

With this setup I reached 18764 points in 3D Benchmark 06.

Without crossfire it were 14619 points.

I could run four graphics cards on my board, but the costs for electricity would be prohibitively ;)

  • 4. Overclocking CPU and Videocard

    CPU: 3225mhz

    GPU: 790/1100

PCIE: 111mhz (+11mhz overclock, forgot to test this earlier)

    Score: 12.027

to run the card at that speed ill need to increase the pcie in bios to 111ok why is that...n is the clock stable will ...what tem does it hit...

  • intel pentium 4 3ghz 2 gb ram

    (posesed piece of crap)

  • wow oc'ing when at 80c nice...job....hopefulkly it doesn't die..lol

  • Sigh.

This hardware is designed to survive environments up to 120*C before getting on the edge to shut down.

Overclocking will increase the temperature, but however this overclock did only increase the temperature with 7-8*C in idle as of where the fan speed soon will automaticly increase to keep it at 80*C.

Many Nvidia Motherboard chipsets runs at 120*C by defeault - yet not making them more prone to die sooner than any other cooler chipset.

  • these cards are not meant to run at 120*C, but they should be fine at 80*C

  • it may well do but imagine its lifesfan.

120c is way to high, and dangerous.

  • Yeah, ofcourse. But 80*C still isn't dangerous levels and won't truly hurt the life expectancy to the point you will ever notice it as this kind of hardware is only in action for three years as absolute top before replaced by the user.

120*C on other hand is levels of which the videocard will be causing the system to restart or pull down the frequencies in order to maintain a realistic operation.

  • 11K with overclocking....

That's pretty sad, I just got done building a new system and I haven't even overclocked it and I'm hitting around 11k with 3DMark06.....

  • As of which you miss my point. This is not me flagging with any score - but more of portraiting the flaws with 3dMark as it does not represent actual performance but a combined score based on a number of different simple renders.

The CPU will also do a big difference in this low resolution as of the higher resolution you crank up - the less significant will the CPU muscle difference be and the more GPU comes into play. So if we ran this test in 1920x1080 your configuration would fall flat.

  • my friend's pc:

    Intel Core I7 @ 4.0 Ghz

    HD 4890 SLI (2GB each = 4GB)

the last time i have seen him was it about 26000 marks

  • Its not a total of 4GB of videoRam... its still 2GB total. even if he has 2x times 2GB videoram. Both videocards render the same image but eventually in One output and thats why 2 videocards outperform 1 videocard. its like 2 working on the same instruction. what makes things faster. The same counts for Sli. but ur friend has a nice Pc ;).

I am still waiting for the D900 Phantom.

  • AMD cpu's aint good for 3dmark/benchmarks, what you get is more cpu score, so automatically your gpu works harder, 8800 gts have nothing on 4870.

  • AMD CPU + HD4870X2 just broke the new world 3dMark06 record.

  • Lol my idle temperature is 40°c on 35% fan. When I run Burnout Paradise the temperature is still 40°c or 45°c. Thats pretty good. And no, I don't have any coolers on my card.

  • You need to put your Fan on 80% to get 50c or less.I have a powercolor PCS+ HD4870 and at maximum i get 50c with overclock 820/1100.But my card is a little hot ,i had a another card (same card)but the old one burned the components.(1 dude on the store let a metal fall on my card),and this car worked at max on 38c.

  • I'm sceptic. I don't preach about 3dMark scores - but you seem to have altered a setting or another in order to achieve that score since the other guy got far less with basicly the same configuration - and the DDR speed itself don't justify +1800 score.

  • i will try to run 3dmark06 when i buy another processor. my intel pentium 4 3.01 ghz got 0 fps on cpu test:(

  • Hi, i have a question. So from what i get you are running your HD4870 on a pci-e 1.0 slot.

Do you know if the performance gap between the card in a pci-e 2.0 or a 1.0 slot is noticable?

    Thanks,

    Serkow

  • Yes GPUs can take 130c, I often used to run at 110c!

  • GPU Temperatur 89°C xDDD u will burn ur video card.. idiot

  • it has more electricity on idle than yyour comp does on a full load. so know your facts before you talk.

  • Kids keep telling me - yet they're totally uneducated and naive in their claims.

Higher temperatures may render a shorter life-span, but these kind of components can easily survivie up to over 100*C all up to 120*C before getting unstable.

Some older Nvidia chipsets runs at 120*C and it's nothing uncommon throughout the history, and these machines still runs like new today after years of use.

Come with something to backup your claims next time or you'll only appear as an idiot.

  • I got 14336 marks with

    E8400@3.5ghz

    3 gb DDR2 Ram

    HD 4870 1gb Sonic edtion

    ???? i'm i under performing ?

  • Don't worry, 3dMark never represents any real-world performance but only a calculation of a simple render with a average score.

I only use 3dMark when formatting or installing a new computer and see the graphics works as intended - not to see exactly where the performance's at.

  • Nice score that is around my score I have the 6000 x2 and 8800gts 512mb. I gained a few hundred points by turning off AA with my nvidia software I overclocked the cpu also but not my video card yet.

    Do u have graphic problems @ 790/1100???

  • 3dMark is a render that gives you a average score of the entire system.

Look at your CPU score alone and it would fill the gap between the configurations. In theory it's two against four. This kind of significant difference is never present in actual performance.

I don't run the card at 790/1100 when playing anything since the performance out of the box is well beyond sufficient and the silent operation outweights the extra performance.

  • what program you uso to make overclock on X2 6000?? athlon?

  • I used the AMD Overdrive utility exclusive for 7-series AMD chipsets (I'm using 790FX).

It's easy to use but BIOS is always more reliable, but for small and quick changes Overdrive works just like intended.

CCC also got a feature called Overdrive, but the GPU and CPU utilities are not the same thing.

  • BorkaBonum, activate the tool AMD Fusion in Expert mode and check ur 3dmarks again :P

  • your cpu and ram is bottlenecking the crap out of that gpu. you might want to try an oc.

  • Overclocking a AMD Athlon X2 6000+ above 3300mhz is impossible by archentecture (90nm, 125W).

But as it doesn't bottleneck the GPU in practice - it's not necessarily a big deal.

  • How come your maximum is 790? I can OC to 850 clock speed / 1200 memory speed by using only CCC.

  • lol i bought one that was faster

it was the radeon 4870 oc from club 3d

it was actually one of the cheapest(the 4870 from saphire was more expensive)

this would also mean you can push that card WAAY faster.

you might need a nw cooler cuz the one i have ships with a non reference cooler.

  • b0ring

  • If you read the description I never mentioned this was going to be anything more than just that; boring.

  • I suppose :)

  • seriously only 11,000 3dmark 06 score

  • Seriously is there still kids looking up to 3dMark as something greater than a render?

  • well... i have a intel e6850 at 3200mhz(same speed as yours so probably roughly the same score and a 4870 running at 800mhz(read my other post) and i get over 13k

so it is indeed only 11000?

it could be a combinataion of slower/less ram and -10mhz

and why did you oc a memory of 3.6gh?. keep it low and oc that core further :P

  • holy shit man 82* your card is on fire

  • So they say - but these temperatures are normal.

  • my pc is idle 29-30* , when i play 32-34 max , 35 if i play 8 h crysis on full settings :))))my card max temp is 47 and it`s stock , your fan ( cooler ) is not loud?

  • My card is running rather warm as it is running virtually all silent. As I barely play anything on the PC these days I prefer a silent system over a thermally impressive such.

  • Man,the 5600+ and 6000+ are a shame. The 6000+ only get 2302 points and the Qx9650 get 6371 points.Iknow the the intel´s processors are a lot better the AMD and the 6000+ are no macth to quadcores.

I am happy with HD4870 they are cool .HD4870 even with 6000+ makes almost the same points .10.000 or 11.000 points .And some tests shows the HD4870 makes 17.800 points but becouse the processors makes 6.300 points and the AMD 6000+ makes only 2.300 points.

  • A shame that 3dMark never represents any actual performance then. And why would you wish to pick hardware to get high 3dMark score?

  • I was trying to say,you Hd4870 have the same points the others tests(3dmark),but or CPU not make his job .Got it ?You must know the CPU make all phisic of the game ,and if you have a weak cpu the processors will be slow and if the processors are slow the graphics will be slow too.Ex test the ENBseries last version 0.75c to Gta Sa with a 6150Se nForce430 .This is a onboard GPU of M2N-MX ,so my 5600+ makes all graphics and phisics .When a start the game get slow and the car get in to the cars

  • Still - games is one thing, renders is another. The processor handles physics, AI and certain other vital processes but there is nothing in there which is causing my processor to fall on its knees - especially not in those really physics-heavy scenes in Half Life 2: Episode 2.

  • Dude did already saw how much points the intel´s quadcore makes on the 3DMark06? They maked almost 6.400 points ,and your 6000+ did only 2.300 points .Dont you get it ,your (our) processor are limit the HD4870 ?With same test (3Dmark06)The with a great CPU(Intel´s Quadcores)and with HD4870 ,they make 17.500 or above this. And you test shows us only almost 11.300.Did already see a PPU? learn what this PPU make on the games.2 or 3 times fast for GPU and CPU .(PPU+CPU+GPU)Learn about it. cya.

  • i thought you had to set the fan speed on your own, the cards don't do it automatically i thought?

  • Every card from this centuary with a fan-based cooling solution will kick up its fan rotation speed depending on the temperature.

That's also why the HD4870 is so warm (apart from not successfully downclocking in idle) it is set to run at minimal speeds up to 80*C and any temperature over 85*C will kick up the fan to make sure it doesn't rise above that.

That is also why the card is silent in idle.

  • dumbass overclockin the 4870 without doin a fanfix..lol...well that 4870 ain't gonna last too long

  • *yawn*

    - Increased heat, increased fanspeed. Automatic.

  • i am running an AMD 4600 dual 2.4ghz OCed to 3.3ghz and an ATI 4850 OCed 700 core 2200mem and i get 12000

  • Exactly - as clearly noticeable in this video the processor does most of the work for the overall score - which is something you'll never see in any games... you would see an advantage in games, but not a whole other performance perspective.

  • buddy, do you have an overclockable board? i can show how to like 3.4ghz or maby even 3.5 with ur cpu

  • lol i take same mark with my 8800gts amd 6400+ what ur problem?

  • What do you mean, "problem"? There's no problem here.

Remember 3dMark never represent any actual performance but just a sum of score based on a render calculation and ultimatley ends up to the processor doing most of the score while there's virtually no games today truly having high processor requirements.

  • well your 6000+ obviously is the bottleneck since the oc on the gpu has so little effect. When the cpu won't be the bottleneck these kind of oc's would have boosted your 3dM06 scores much more.

  • That is also why 3dMark is so incredibly inaccurate. Most new applications can deal with this processor perfectly, but will always beg for more GPU-power.

But I have the ambition to get a Phenom II with a Deneb core in January - starting by getting a new case 'til then.

  • u have the same monitor as me :)

how did u configure that natural color profile thing?

  • I have an club3d 4870 oc and i'm running at : 840/1050 stable @ 59 c max.

  • mine is GIGABYTE and also idles at 78-80*. it's the first time i see such high temp but on catalysts temp scale is less than in the middle. so i think THEY know better what t* THEIR product needs. no?

  • Reviews... I just said that they are individuals, not precise same, piece to piece as reviewers cards. When you are manufacturing GPU core, there is many way how them can turn up to be. But what you use to measure temperature? ATi Catalyst control center? Because my GPU temp is there 78ºC, and in EVEREST it is 70ºC and in SpeedFan its under 60ºC.

  • lol @ 18ºC diference.... right...

I have same temperature in CatalystCC, ATI Tray tools and GPU-Z... in Everest its 3ºC higher. Speedfan doesnt show my GPU temp.

  • Well, I have Intel Core 2 Duo 3.0GHz and stock HD4870, GPUs idling temp. is 78 degrees celsius. I get 13200 on 3DMark06, 1280x1024 without AA. To say to you 2 guys fighting that every GPU and every component is unique, they are not the same, some of them are just simply better, and some of them are crappier. They are individuals even thought they are same model.

  • Every review I have seen so far, shows the HD4870 idling between 50 and 60ºC, and on full load between 65 and 75 ºC (the pcs+ vs normal versions).

Mine is the pcs+ and idles at 48, loads at 65.

Your cards must be special guys. Hei, at least you have a heater for the winter.

  • my cards idle at about 64-65 degrees. Though that's with 40% fan speed, plus it runs at a constant 750mhz rather than 500 when it's not in use. I had to do that to fix crashing problems. Stupid sapphire...

  • Great score btw. I would throw that piece of shit in the garbage with that score. I scored 13870 with everything stock (core 2 duo 3ghz) and HD4870 1GB, and 16200 with both CPU and GPU overclocked.

  • *Yawn*

Here we go again, another angry little kid actually believing 3dMark represents any sort of actual performance.

Seen the video? Notice how the results does not increase when overclocking the GPU but first when I increase speeds of the CPU by a mere margin.

And if we look at things as for what they are... why would I care about the extra performance? I play games on the Xbox, the PC is left over as a hobby still capable of dealing with any application on the market with ease.

  • Thats because 3dmark 06 is highly dependent on CPU results. But you can compare the SM2.0 and 3.0 results just for the GPU... and of course you get better results OCing the card... everyone does (theres tons of reviews over the web).

Btw, on those reviews, you want to know how many cards reach 80ºC on idle? Zero.

  • All I know is that I have a similar CPU to yours (3.0ghz dual core) and I score 13870 with everything stock. You score 12000 with overclocks. Congrats.

Btw, about 50 diferent people have warned you about temperature... but you, being the idiot that you are, always ignore them.

It is absolutely not normal for your card to idle at 80ºC, but you ignore that. Your card should idle at around 50ºC... something is wrong no? But keep ignoring the truth

  • And good thing you bought an HD4870 just to "deal with any application with ease" and not for games. LOL. Fucking idiot...

People like you are unbelievable.... they lie to themselfs constantly.

  • So games are not applications? Fail.

  • So the frequency is all there is to the CPU performance? So cache, archentecture and overall effeciency per cycle is totally unrelevant? Right.

"About 50 people have warned you..." Those fifty people are like four or five individuals, how you can blow that up to fifty is beyond me.

Why are you so god damn keen to insist your right here? My card, like every other HD4870 or HD4850 in defeault condiguration, idles in 80*C as it does not downclock in idle. That's fact, deal with it.

  • dude mine idles at 50 retard underload its a 80 you dont know how to read go back to school

  • his card is idling at 80... and im the one that doesnt know how to read?

  • thats when hes testing its at like 84

  • Well.. right at the start for example, hes not running any tests (idling) and its at 82ºC.. but ok.

I have the pcs+ model... its has better cooling, but its also factory overclocked (800mhz/925mhz). If I stress test the GPU at 100% and put the fan at 100%, I reach max temp: 58ºC lolol...

I know its diferent cards, but cmon.. 80 on idle is alot ^^. If you put it thru stress test 100% gpu load, it will reach like 95 or 100 im sure.

  • i dont know what this guy is doing but i see what you mean... what does he have a heater instead of a cool? lol

  • Exactly. 3dMark is very CPU dependent. Is there any games on the market today that is truly very CPU dependent? No.

If you own a HD4870 with defeault configuration you would know how many cards idle in 80*C. HD4850 and HD4870 idles in 80*C which is the only things where the card has failed in the reviews.

AMD wanted a silent operating videocard after 2900XT and got this - slow fan-speeds on defeault but a silent operation and high idle temperatures.

  • Dude.. update your catalyst or get ati tray tools. Your gpu is burning. Your fan by default runs at 7% speed...

  • 80*C? No problem. These chipsets can take up to a hundered degrees before taking any damage or risking even shutting down.

  • Seriously are you fucking stupid or what? Even if they dont burn you are still shorting their lifetime by doing that.

Your fan is at 7%. With just a software update you could control your fan.. the noise level at 20% or 30% is basically the same, and your card would be much fresher. You just have to be a complete idiot to ignore that.

And btw, the higher the gpu temperature the worse the results.

  • Higher temperature affecting performance? Not in this world, not during these temperatures. It's first around 100-110*C the card will clock itself down or shut down. Everything below that won't deal any harm to the performance.

It's shortening the lifetime - I can live with that. Even if this is a GPU and not a chipset* we've still had a few Nvidia chipsets running for years at 140*C 100% stable and that is not an isolated case.

  • ALL IT TAKES IS A SOFTWARE UPDATE. How you can be so fucking stupid is beyond me.

Have fun with your idle 80ºC you know-it-all moron. Btw, on full load you will go to 95ºC and more. Good luck, I give up.

  • Sorry, you fail.

It idles 80*C, it loads 83*C.

Why? The unit will not downclock in idle so the stress applied in applications doesn't increase the temperatures. And when the temperatures rise, the fan-speed does too.

Latest Catalyst 8.10 causes my system to bluescreen in during boot, so I threw it out and reapplied 8.9. Though this video is far older than that.

Go get sadface on someone else.

  • Hey man I see all people ripping on ya cuz of score but Um im ripping on u cuz change ur fan speed!! lol 90 temp?? ucrazy nub :) Watch my videos bro U see my temp

  • 90*C is not a problem, it's first above 100*c the chip might be taking any damage what so ever.

Look at the 560Sli Nvidia motherboard chipsets running at over 130*C in idle, still no problem.

The new 8.10 driver allows manually configured fan-speeds, so I'll check it out sometime as I yet kick with 8.9.

  • see my video on the club 3d 4870 oc default

  • only 12.000 point???

  • ONLY 11200 POINT??? LOSER

  • You make a thing out of 3DMark?

    Looser.

  • your a faggot shut up

  • You're an American, shut up.

  • Use RivaTuner

Max on my card is 790 on CCC

I clockt it to 850Mhz stabel

  • I've got 15209 pts on Q6600@3600 and 8800GTX@651/1504/2014(gpu/shader/mem).

If you want to compare graphics card, don't use overall score !

Only SM2.0 AND HDR/SM3.0, because CPU score has too big influence on overall score...

So what, that I've got ~15k points if 4870 got more power when it comes to gaming...

PS AMD CPUs suck hard... I'm sorry for you that you have one :(
