  • i was there was an actual "battle group omega" battle... instead of these random fleet actions

  • If the federation was this good in the movies they would have already raped the Borg

  • the borg are much easier on the game then they are in the movies

  • Is that an Assault Cruiser?

I love the Sovereign class, it seems to be the best in the game to me.

  • I was kinda hoping for a bad ending to this (Tactical Fusion Cube entering the the battle.....^^)

  • This is the best part of the game, when you got 20 man groups of mixed KDF and Fed players working together. This is why I want 20 man STFs with mixed faction teaming. Khitomer Accord would be a joke then.

  • STO still sucks, maybe after another year of their extended beta (aka going live) and development, it'll finally be ready for release. oh and congrats on the massively 2010 player choice awards, beating out the likes of hello kitty online and lego online, only to come in a close second behind none of the above.

  • Where'd you get Antiproton beams for a power source as limited as a Warp Core?

I didn't even realize they had Antiproton beams in STO except for the Doomsday machine…cool. XD

  • Whats with all the disruptors?

  • @RoTech100 At this point in the game, I chose Disruptors over the other beam types since it gave a chance to debuff damage resistance. Plus all the skill points I spent went in the Disruptors. -- I'm not a true RP'er in the sense and didn't stick with Phaser Beam Arrays. -- Before I quit the game, I was all loaded up with Antiproton Beam weapons in the end anyway.

  • @Eemrek And why are they called Disruptors? In Star Trek disruptors refer to the pulse weapons, similar to Starfleet phaser cannons. Any long, continuous beam was referred to as a Phaser.

  • @hunoftel In the STO "world" there are two types of disruptor types: Beam type (continuous fire) and Cannon type (pulse fire). Same goes with phaser weapons (beam & pulse) (i.e. phaser rifles or the Phaser Cannons in the DS9, specifically the USS Defiant). -- The Cannons have much higher DPS in-game. -- As far as sticking to cannon with Star Trek with the technology types, I'm not 'Trekkie' enough to remember what sticks to cannon or not.

  • @hunoftel ther are called disruptor beam wepons

  • sweet vid

  • Damn... this is end game?

Glad I didn't buy it after all. =/

  • what are you talking about?!

    this is awesome!

  • Man that sovereign has a great broadside attack!

  • may i ask what type of officer you are

  • Engineer.

  • looks very nice and interesting. But the Borg are too weak ...

  • cconsidering they have a fleet of 10 max lvl players on them, yeah, their weak.
