you know, i think the cardinals played like they should have the entire 06 season the way they played in the playoffs and series that year. it was a great team that just didn't have a fabulous season, but had an amazing end.

the 06 Cards were the biggest underdogs in the history of the World Series. they might have not made the playoffs this year. but they will do a hell of a lot better next year. they were close to making it until setember. CO CARDS!!!!!!
Impresiv1 your right the cards probibly wont get into the playoffs this year but the only reason we're doing so bad is because, coming off that world series win last year the cards arnt motivated to do anything special again this year. they'll get serious about winning again in 08!

Lets just put for the 2007 post season, Cardinals, Pirates, Nationals and Rockies for the N.L! Devil Rays, Royals, Rangers and Mariners for the A.L! If a 500 team like the crappy 06 Cards can win, than lets just put all the bad teams in the Post Season!!!!

Thanks! I appreciate the comment! But we've started off pretty rocky this year already getting swept by the Mets. Maybe they were just taking out their frustration on us after we beat them in the NLCS last year. I think your beloved Cubbies have a great shot at it this year if everyone stays healthy! Should be some great series against each other this year! Wrigley is a great place to watch a game and hopefully I make it up for a few! Thanks again!
