Yuan and Qing are considered the worst dynasties by many Han Chinese, we never consider these two dynasties as top dynasties. Tang Dynasty is Han Chinese. In China, we judge a person's ethnicity by his father's ethnicity. Therefore, Tang Dynasty is still considered Han Chinese.
