its not protos fault....it kinda urs fot no lubing the bolt....all that is is bolt stick...take the botl out lube the orings and the ram and it should be all fine...and always have spare orings with it
@sterlinissocoolio like you see in the vid it's double shooting or when it stops shooting the bolt didn't catch the sear and moves forward to pinch the next ball in the breech. it's because of an air pillow behind the bolt that causes this. so you have to degass the area behind the bolt with the button of the slg back cap to get it to work again. but this happens so much time you can't play a single game. I got 5 new slg 2 of them never worked properly, even after sending them in to Dye UK.
@pbsbielefeld Once you sent your gun in to Dye, how long did it take for you to get your gun back? I sent mine back to the store I bought mine from and they said the same thing its like the bolt is seizing up or something. They just sent it back to Dye, I think its been about 2-3 weeks now and still havent heard anything about the gun. Although I live in canada and it got sent to Dye usa but still seems like a long time?Usally I had my gun back the following week.
@cassman1979 I can't speak for Dye USA of course, to UK took 4 weeks. But even if you get your SLG back it won't work for you, they change the o-rings and maybe break your marker body like they did to 2 of mine.But changing the o-rings didn't help to solve problem, I got tons of emails with Dye UK to fix the guns. After 7 month back and forth I got finaly one Reflex Rail 2011 for the two broken SLG.Today I send it in because of permanent leaking on/off ASA and broken solenoid after 14000 shots!
@pbsbielefeld Thats the gun I was gonna get was the Rail Reflex but when I did some research of videos it showed alot of people had this problem. Scared me away from dye totally now. Im gonna just get an Ego 11 which is on its way. I figured if thats the best that Dye can do then they can keep their guns Ill go else were. I never see problem videos on Egos so thats what made my decision. Thanks for your info.
@paintballkev1996 mine pisses me off too try to play a game and it always acts up I sent it in and im still waiting I thought fuck this and just ordered a Ego 11, appearently there is no more Ashes left so I had to get the Blak one and it should come in a couple days now but still flippin waiting on the SLG lol. Maybe a friend can use it when i get it back or use it as a back up if i should ever have to use it again.
