its very easy with cc paritcle world and a null object, track that null object and connect the data of the null to the cc particle world

You have to track motion (part of his hand) and link the motion track to the null object layer, than link the layer with the particles to the null object position.

If you dont track motion the null object will float there like a useless box. You probably just forgot because you sound like you know what ure talking about.

Kinda funny he didnt even mess around with the particle layer, just drag+drop+track all default.... lawls.

cost? get it free search on youtube omg u have to pay like 200-500 or more for a stupid disk, and after effects is what it is , sony vegas works more like video editor and photoshop to edit photos

Have to say, it's not a very good effect, you should have put some turbulent displacement in the air physics if you used particular, if not, you should have used the turbulent displace preset.
