I suppose...unless you're running a modern system that needs an oil cooler to keep it circulated and cool...then it's about the same price and the liquid loop would still beat it hands down.
um is a 500 watt power supply good like im not smart with this it's called a 500 watt Basiq or 500 watt ATX12V v2.01 any one plzzz help and ooo ya dose it help with gameing ???
mate u need to cool the oil :P its just collecting heat the glass helps but u need to cool the oil also for other people asking if it rust it obviously does not where did u go to school ?

u can make it so it will never go above 30 degrees C

No fans = silent. Plus it just looks cool. Other than that, there's pretty much no benefit to it vs. a custom liquid loop.

google nano aquarium or 3 gallon aquarium. they usually come with everything. pump light tank and all. Bunch on ebay too.
