@Dylanhennessy Yeah.. I learned the push pull and the moeller.. I use the push pull mostly and then the moeller from time to time in something based on triplets..  yes Jojo is a Beast!! Huge inspiration!!

@jassonjames15 There is a couple different basic rhythms.. The most simple way to describe what Im doing is Jungle Drum and Bass.. I dont have a name for the individual beats.. sorry.. I did make a vid explaining how I play the cross over beat.. you should watch that one, it will give you a little more understanding into whats going on here..

@Sacrificedsoul7 I dont have an interface believe it or not.. I have an analog mixer RCA to the mic input for my computer.. Ive just done a lot of experimenting with mic placement and EQ on the mic channels before it goes in the recording software... low/mids/highs are all i got to work with... the mics are cheap ass Tbone mic set..

@Sacrificedsoul7 I have a blanket rolled up about 2 feet long and about 6" round pushed up against the beater head.. If you look closely you can see it.. its white and fuzzy.. thats itfor muffling... the heads are both only finger tight on the lugs... thats the acoustic side of things.. then I use 2 mics for the kick.. one 55 right up close to where the beater hits the head.. that gets 85hz high pass filter button hit and all low end EQ all the way down.. mids and highs all the way up..
