A few months ago the Naruto producers released a sneak peek clip from this season, that scene was a part of that clip. It's Madara, which you can see in the Manga.
@95aquafire it was not a "sneak peak" it was an ova....which means it's not a preview just something fun to show madara's new costume in anime form I guess...not sure WHy they made it but it's not a preview of any sort it's and OVA.
