@lvll138inrs No it did not in fact Jesuit's were the ones who set up multiple university's, hospital's, etc... aswell as other parts of the Church. I think one man was told by god that he should build a bridge over this one river in France and he did. plenty of delicious Beer is and was made by monks in monastary's. So no Christianity did not put Europe back 1000 years.

Feudalism was great, but it was ruined by greediness of the kings and the feudal lords. Most of lords made harsh conditions for their people, especially low classes like peasants . They had to work hard for years and what is more worse, had no spur. Only very few people could 'break through' in the society and those were mostly later outlawed and finnaly killed.
Imo feudalism was great but it collapse because of wrong policies towards the folk and low class. Overall, The middle Age rox!
I'm certain you're confusing Medieval Feudalism (which actually began in the Roman Empire) with the "feudalism" of absolute monarchy's from the 1700's onwards, or Russian Feudalism, which was quite different from its western variation. In any event, "classical" feudalism entitled serfs to own their own land and live off of it. There was no "evil lazy" lord who stole from them, he only protected them and his own families legacy. Feudalism in absolute monarchys was a corruption born of idleness.
@PurePerfection Self-proclaimed loyalists deserve no enlightening debates, nor sympathy in this day and age. You will get from us, at best, mockery, so your comments, beliefs, longings, etc., are, as nilbud kindly pointed, crap.
Now, go find some chickens to fuck, loyalist piece of shit.
the feudalism laws were the worst of all ages !! one of these law is the lord having his serf's wife in her first night of marriage !! thats why most of the people chose the side of the church !! THNX
hi everyone this is eric from sacramento on a class project. everyone in class is supposed to leave a comment of wat they thought, and get 2 responses. so, I just want to say that europe was evil. Wow white people were lucky to be the first in acquiring broad knowledge of the essentials of how to buildi a society. I'm not white, however, I;m glad they invaded my country. If they hadn't done so, my country would've been in a worse condition than the one it is facing.
But the main gain in crop rotation is that the soil recovers and is not drained by just one plant. This way harvest increase and the land can support more people.
The feudel system ceased to exist mainly for economical, not so much for military reasons.

Feudalism did many great things for it's people.

i agree
just like communism and national socialism
and slavery gave people a bed, a meal, and a job
that sounds like the most noble endeavor a people could undertake
I wonder why don't they bring it back?
