I think Sigur Ros music touches the parts of the human heart that yearns for love, the unconditional kind. It's impossible for me to hear it and not well up.

Wow. I got the chills while watching this video (and I only get chills when something has touched me in a very honest way). This video is so wonderfully crafted, and I am in love with it's simplicity. The simplicity of the subject at hand w/ the simplicity of this great song work wonders. It has opened my eyes beyond things that I tend to overlook (because of this go-go-go world) and things that I take for granted: The love of the parent. I can truly say that I am moved. Great job.

Wow this video gives me chills (and i only get chills when something has truly touched me), and it almost brings tears to my eyes. It is so wonderfully crafted and and simply beautiful. The simplicity of the subject and the simplicity of this great song are really working magnificently, and I can truly say that I am touched. It opened my eyes beyond something that I would normally overlook or take for granted: The love of a parent. Great job. Very moving.

I come back to this video every few weeks or so. I have no children but maybe I'll have some someday and this video beautifully illustrates the love a parent has for a child. I've never experienced that dynamic, but I think I may have just a little bit of an idea now thanks to this video.

So i've never commented on a youtube video...and i should be writing an essay right now lol...but i just wanted to tell you that i've watched this video multiple times, and read through almost every person's comments..and wow. I honestly believe you will never see and hear anything as "pure" as this, simply amazing stuff, why does it make you so sad and happy at the same time, words cannot describe the feeling, but thats sigur ros for you who are terribly complicated until you work out what there doing to your mind which is a truly wonderfull thing, well done to ssdmbfan for the work in this.
